The fourth edition of the event, scheduled for Sunday 23 March in Santa Lucia di Piave (TV), offers a rich calendar of tastings and insights in collaboration with the Veneto protection Consortia.
On Sunday 23 March 2025, the spaces of the Santa Lucia di Piave (TV) exhibition centre will host the fourth edition of Vinetia Tasting – The wines of the Vinetia Guide in tasting , the annual event of AIS Veneto dedicated to the best wines of the region. With the participation of over 130 companies and more than 700 labels , the event offers a broad overview of the numerous Veneto excellences selected by AIS tasters, confirming itself as an important opportunity to explore the regional wine heritage.
The event will begin at 10:00 with the opening of the tasting tables , where visitors will be able to taste the labels awarded by the Vinetia guide and interact directly with the producers. The day’s program will be enriched by six thematic masterclasses curated by AIS teachers and regional and national champions in collaboration with the Consortia for the protection of wines, who will accompany participants on various in-depth courses. Many topics will be covered during the tastings: the first appointment, in collaboration with the Consortium for the protection of Valpolicella wines, will be entirely dedicated to the different expressions of Valpolicella ; will follow an in-depth look at artisanal dairies together with the Consorzio tutela formaggio Asiago, a sensory journey to discover the perfect pairing between selected wines and the different ages of Asiago cheese . Then it will be the turn of the masterclass dedicated to the wines of one of the most famous denominations in the world: with the Consorzio tutela del Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG it will be possible to discover the peculiarities of a unique wine and territory. The tasting with the Consorzio tutela vino Custoza will feature Custoza and the ability to integrate the particular characteristics of each grape variety, evident in every sip. The day will continue with the meeting promoted by the Consorzio tutela Lugana DOC on Turbiana, the soul of Lugana wine: the variety is appreciated for its acidity, robust structure and ability to age gracefully. Finally, the tasting dedicated to Soave , in collaboration with the Consortium for the protection of Soave and Recioto di Soave wines, will demonstrate how this wine made from Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes is capable of providing great emotions over the years.
The day will celebrate the culture of wine also through the awarding of diplomas to 250 new Sommeliers , an important milestone for those who have completed the course within AIS Veneto and which celebrates the commitment to training and the importance of professionalism in the world of wine.
Alongside the masterclasses and the awarding of diplomas, Vinetia Tasting will also offer the opportunity to take part in guided tastings dedicated to the Toscano cigar , organised by the Club Amici del Toscano®.
With such a varied offer, Vinetia Tasting strengthens its role as a reference event for the discovery of Veneto’s wine excellences, both for wine enthusiasts and for operators in the sector.
