Mionetto awarded at major wine competitions: Italian excellence in the spotlight

A season of confirmations for the historic winery of Valdobbiadene, which shines in the most prestigious international competitions.

Mionetto confirms its leading role in the international wine scene thanks to the prestigious awards obtained in the main competitions in the sector.

This year too, the historic Venetian winery has enriched its list of honours, collecting a series of important prizes in three of the most authoritative wine competitions: Mundus Vini, Vinalies Internationales and Berliner Wine Trophy .

The first major confirmation came at the 36th edition of Mundus Vini , the International Wine Grand Prix, which brings together producers, winemakers, importers and consumers, offering an ideal platform for comparing and evaluating wines, as well as a purchasing orientation tool for the general public. In the spring session, called “Spring Tasting”, Mionetto obtained nine medals , including five silver and four gold, among which the gold awarded to the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Rive di S. Stefano Brut Luxury Collection and the Prosecco Rosé DOC Extra Dry Luxury Collection stand out. Making the result even more prestigious was the title of Best of Show Prosecco Rosé , an award reserved for the best Prosecco Rosé in the competition, awarded to the Prosecco Rosé DOC Extra Dry 2023 “Luxury Collection” for the highest score in its category.

The Vinalies Internationales 2025 , a competition known for the rigour of its evaluations and attention to the technical quality of the competing wines, instead awarded Mionetto five gold medals, four of which were awarded to the Luxury Collection: to the Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG Dry , to the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut , to the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Rive di S. Stefano Brut and to the Prosecco Rosé DOC Extra Dry . Gold also went to the Prestige Collection which triumphed with the Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut .

These awards are joined by three other golds obtained at the Berliner Wine Trophy , the largest international wine competition in Germany and among the most prestigious in the world. Recognized for its high standard of selection, the Berliner Wine Trophy has awarded the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry and the Prosecco Rosé DOC Extra Dry Luxury Collection , which confirm themselves among the most appreciated expressions of Italian sparkling wines.

These results renew Mionetto’s ability to stand out in the international wine scene, enhancing the territory and tradition through products of the highest quality, appreciated by both consumers and industry critics.
