On the occasion of Vinitaly 2025, the celebrations for the 40th anniversary of the Consorzio di Tutela Vini Asolo Montello will begin.
On the occasion of Vinitaly 2025, the Consorzio di Tutela Vini Asolo Montello celebrates an important milestone: its first 40 years of activity.
An anniversary that represents not only a balance, but also a tribute to a history made of passion, dedication and continuous evolution. This journey, four decades long, is the fruit of constant commitment and a vision shared by all the producers who operate in the territories of Asolo and Montello, a place where the culture of wine is rooted and has evolved over time.
The celebrations will kick off on April 7, 2025, at 10:00 am with an inaugural toast open to the public at the institutional stand (Pavilion 8 – Stand F7) of the Verona fair. This symbolic moment will represent the culmination of a long journey of growth, successes and challenges overcome, and will be an opportunity to look with pride at the results achieved and with enthusiasm towards the future. In fact, 2025 promises to be full of new developments and opportunities for meeting, thanks also to synergies in the cultural and artistic fields with local actors that will see the light in the coming months.
Asolo and Montello wines, such as Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG, Montello DOCG and Montello Asolo DOC , stand out for their elegance and deep connection with the territory . The producers of these lands owe their identity to native vines such as Glera, Perera, Recantina and Bianchetta, but they were also among the first in Italy to produce Bordeaux blended reds and to introduce the Extra Brut version to the world of Prosecco, demonstrating the Consortium’s ability to renew itself without forgetting its roots. During the fair, the Consorzio di Tutela Vini Asolo Montello will offer a series of masterclasses (for reservations: promozione@asolomontello.it) to deepen the knowledge of its denominations:
- Sunday 06/04: Masterclass “Asolo Prosecco Superiore Docg – Elevate your Choice” by sommelier Elisa De Polo (11:00) and by popularizer and content creator Mattia Asperti (14:30)
