ROME WINE EXPO – IV EDITION 2025

The organizational phase of the fourth edition of the Event has begun.

After the success of past editions, we are convinced that the city of Rome, the center of wine culture in Italy, deserves an exclusive event aimed at an aware and passionate public. This is why we convincingly propose the fourth edition of the Rome Wine Expo event.

The name we chose for the event clearly demonstrates the universal purpose we have given ourselves: meetings, business, masterclasses, training and promotion.

– TASTING STANDS, MASTERCLASSES AND WORKSHOPS Through the tasting stands and masterclasses we will examine the different territorial declinations. Great importance will be given to the masterclasses with the aim of learning more about the various terroirs. The location of the event and the masterclasses for the 2025 edition are being defined. Interested producers will be contacted by the organization to speak in the conference room.

– THE EXCELLENCES OF ROME WINE EXPO COMPETITION Riserva Grande’s mission has always been to enhance the territory as the primary expression of the exclusivity of each wine. For this purpose we have decided to organize a double competition within the event. On the afternoon of Monday 10 March, the wines selected based on categories established by a panel of professional tasters and event participants will be awarded. 1. A commission of experts assembled as a jury will award the wines selected for the final. Each participating company can send a maximum of 3 references by 30 January 2025. 2. All the wines present at the event will instead be voted by the participants on the days of the event, who will report their preferences through a digitalized system. Participation in the Excellences is free and does not require any additional costs. To participate in the competition, we will send participation methods and the registration form to the wineries that will participate in the event.

– WHO IS THE EVENT ADDRESSED TO? The aim of ROME WINE EXPO is to involve in particular the operators of the sector, such as 1. Specialized and non-specialised press (media diffusion of the Event) 2. Ho.re.ca circuit: Wine bars, Restaurants, Hotels 3. Marketing agencies Roman representation 4. Wine & food bloggers 5. Sommeliers and enthusiasts 6. International buyers 7. Private consumer – MEDIA COMMUNICATION OF THE EVENT AND SOCIAL CHANNELS The organization will create, during the event, a detailed video of the various moments of the event including interviews with the producers. Furthermore, a photo shoot will be carried out with which landing pages will be created for promotion in the various media communication channels. Our press office will send detailed material to the main newspapers. Furthermore, which is now essential, the event will be widely publicized and reported on the various social channels.
