“We are excited to present new products and unique tastings to promote our Manduria PDO. – says Novella Pastorelli, President of the Consortium for the Protection of Primitivo di Manduria – This year too we are here to support the quality of Italian wine and our companies that produce an excellent Primitivo di Manduria. At Vinitaly we will preview a QR code that will be inserted inside the State bands of each of our labels. By scanning it, the consumer will be able to access the Digital Passport of Primitivo di Manduria, a section that will contain key information such as the serial and seal control code, the year of production, the batch and the certification. Furthermore, it will be possible to consult details on the producer and the Consortium for the Protection as well as suggestions on food pairings and recipes that enhance Primitivo di Manduria wines. With this initiative we aim to make each bottle even more traceable, offering those who buy our wines a complete and detailed overview of the quality and history of the chosen product, as well as providing a valuable service to our customers. companies. And then great tastings with prominent names, including Gabriele Gorelli, the first Italian Master of Wine, who chose us as excellence”.
