In Curina di Castelnuovo Berardenga in the hills of the Chianti Classico sunny vineyard of about 12.8 hectares that can be traced and adjacent to the state road. Immersed in the Chianti hills (Gallo Nero), we are pleased to offer you this portion of land of about 15.6 hectares composed entirely of Chianti Classico vineyards, with the possibility of building a new cellar with all the systems and two apartments in local style. The structure of the soil with a strong mineral and sandy composition guarantees the production of a very full-bodied and fragrant wine that can reach about 600 quintals per year. The vineyard is located in a very open space and therefore has a good sun exposure. The vineyard is largely made up of young vines around 7.5 hectares, planted about four years ago and the remaining twenty years.
