We offer for sale in the territory in the province of Sassari an Agricultural Company with owned vineyards for about 12 hectares, of which 7 hectares with vineyards that have been producing for about 15 years and another 5 hectares of recently planted vineyards (2 and 3 years).

The economic request is € 1,500,000.00, including vineyards, 3 apartments and an underground part for the construction of a new cellar, and € 660,000.00 for the prefabricated, waterproofed structure, to be completed with fixtures, floors and systems to be paid by the buyer (project approved and works already started).

To – possibly – increase production, other vineyards (including neighboring ones) are available that we are dealing with, with an extension of about 10 hectares.

Possibility to also book the 2023 quotas and obtain non-repayable grants for the winery and for the production of Vermentino Doc di Gallura.
