The company philosophy aims to protect a still uncontaminated territory, very rich in plant and animal species still in the wild.
The result – based on organic and biodynamic cultivation methods – is the production of artisanal wines fermented by indigenous yeasts and low in sulphites, vinified – restoring a technique of the past – in terracotta jars. Processing and production are therefore managed with the minimum use of mechanical means and chemical products.
The wines come for the most part from an ancient Sangiovese vineyard, which over the years have been joined by new plants of Chardonnay, Viognier, Merlot and Petit Verdot.

4 hectares of vineyards with an estimated production of about 7,000 bottles / HA
olive grove with about 100 trees, with an estimated production of 300 liters
renovated property of about 350 square meters with wine cellar, honey laboratory, tasting room with booking and direct sale of wine, grappa, EVO oil and honey
adjacent farmhouse to be restored with building permit already obtained for an extension of 50sqm and the construction of a main apartment and 4 mini-apartments for agritourism use
